How to use
For ingestion, a single dose is 10 mg. If a headache resumes after stopping the initial attack, the drug can be taken again. The daily dose is 30 mg, the interval between doses is at least 2 hours.

The pharmacokinetics of rizatriptan in the elderly does not differ from that in younger patients.
Possible side effects
Side effects usually include fatigue, asthenia, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, paresthesia, pain in the chest area, nausea.

When using 5-HT1 receptor agonists, isolated cases of coronary spasm, transient myocardial ischemia, ventricular tachycardia, and ventricular fibrillation are described.
